This policy describes the information we collect on this site, how we use it and your rights, in accordance with Quebec's Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Law 25).

Form information is used solely to respond to your request and provide the resulting commercial follow-up. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for its operation. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set without your consent. If audience-measurement cookies were added, they would only be activated after your explicit consent through the banner provided for this purpose, and you could withdraw that consent at any time.
Quote requests are kept for as long as necessary for commercial follow-up, then deleted. Information is hosted on secure servers and access is limited to those who need it in the course of their duties.
You may at any time request access to the personal information we hold about you, its rectification or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@deflection.ca. We will respond within the timeframes provided by law.
In the event of a privacy incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we will notify the persons concerned and Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.
